Our Work Order Center is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Calls made to the Center after those hours will be caught by our answering service. For police or ambulance, please call 911. The above phone number is for maintenance and repair requests only.
The Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) has over fifty dedicated maintenance personnel working to service our communities. Each community has its own maintenance staff.
Maintenance requests are sent to site superintendents and progress toward completion is monitored.
